Bishops SERAPHIM and BENJAMIN

On January 28, 2007, St Paul's hosted Bishop SERAPHIM of Ottawa and Bishop BENJAMIN of Berkeley for a Hierarchical Liturgy. The bishops were in town in advance of the special assembly for nominating a new bishop of the Diocese of the West which was held on Wednesday January 31.
